To date, BRH has focused on developing duplexes on vacant lots in the City of Lawrence. This emphasis on in-fill housing has had a significant impact on targeted neighborhoods. The increase of owner-occupied homes and the commitment of BRH residents have contributed substantially to improving the community, house by house, and block by block.
The duplexes BRH has built contain 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, an eat-in-kitchen, living room, full basement, fenced in yard and off-street parking. Each side of the duplex is sold separately and is owner-occupied.
By charter, BRH’s geographical focus includes all cities and towns within the Greater Lawrence Metropolitan Area. We welcome the opportunity to work with communities in the region who are interested in offering quality, affordable, perpetually owner-occupied housing to their residents.
