Bread & Roses Housing is a nonprofit charitable organization. Our mission is to:
- Create and preserve affordable housing opportunities for low-income families
- Support families' goals of self-sufficiency, education, and empowerment
- Improve economically distressed neighborhoods, and
- Advocate for the needs of very low-income households within the Greater Lawrence area.
Bread & Roses Housing’s home ownership opportunities are among the most accessible and affordable in New England. Our community land trust model is a progressive solution to community change in the area of affordable housing.
