We are convinced more than ever that our community land trust model of homeownership, combined with the family support and advocacy component of our program, work in all markets, providing an affordable, sustainable, perpetual opportunity to low-income families most in need of quality homes.

For BRH, creating sustainable affordable housing options in Greater Lawrence requires developing new partnerships, having affordable access to land, prioritizing efficiency in design and cost, and remaining grounded in the needs of very low-income families.
